OGC Resources assists in bridging the divide between water and government agencies attempts to reduce water use in the agrarian and urban communites and meet the needs of those customers.  

With resource conservation as our goal, we are helping residential water users, large-farm growers and major urban water users to reduce their water footprint through several programs.

We collaborate with private and non-profit groups to find ways to reduce irrigation water abuses and wastes.  Special significance is given to watershed and ocean protection.

OGC Resources "Green Job Skills Programs" assists Government Agencies,  NGO's and Non-Profit Community Organizations by providing training and guidance plans to secure high demand and good paying Green Jobs for disadvantaged community members.  Teens, young adults and probationers are guided on Green Job skills in great demand in our communities; from urban to rural regions.

Green Re-forestation efforts are underway throughout California.  Post Fire, Gold Spot Bark Beetle and Reduced Precipitation are issues affecting native plant communities.   OGC can show the way to  take the low 20% survival rate of native plants Rancho Cuyamaca State Park is publicly reports to the 75% native plant survival rate 29 Palms Marine Corps base documents.Funding available.
